Hi, after a key issue i contact suport. They send me a link for request directly too the merchant. I recieve a new valid key in the day. Fast & Perfect.
Confirmed payment still no game
So i Bought a game 4 hours ago. They have confirmed payment and by the looks of it the game is still in stock. I have tried to live chat but its only a bot and I made a request.
My purchase have been processing for 4+ hours and the ETA when i made the purchase was 20 minutes.
Since there is no way to reach out to them and their ticket page sometime is bugged and doesnt work. I have to write here..

i was everyday using paysafe cards to topup my kinguin "eurbalance" and buy with that balance a razer gold cards
my way is to keep finding good prices for razer gold cards, everything was going smooth and okay until i placed an order for 3 razer cards they put my order on hold and asked me for proof of purchase for the paysafe cards that i used to topup my knguin balance
so i provided all data required ( the store i purchased from, screenshots of order confirmation, invoices, and delivery emails ... )
after that they asked me to provide my ID with the order number
i was not okay with that because they was asking for very private doc, after all i sent them my ID and guess what, they sent me email from Bartolo saying this :
" We would like to inform you that your order has been refunded due to security reasons, and your account has been restricted "
i asked for the cause of restriction and he reply :
" we may not disclose the reason why this restriction was placed due to security reasons "
So kinguin you have refunded my order to my Eurbalance and u restricted my account,
right now my balance is €2419
so practically u did not refund my money
is this stealing or scam or a mistake or an absolute gullibility !!
please also know that i have asked Bartolo to where's in your policy that the customer does not have the right to knowledge about account restriction reasons
